AG has announced that it has broadened its litigation finance offering and will now be supporting all parties involved in third-party funding from clients, funders to other law firms.
Led by partners Richard Wise and Mark Molyneux, the team will advise across litigation finance, after the event insurance, damage-based agreements, and conditional fee agreements.
Will we see more of these '360' approaches from firms looking to utilise the growth in the third-party funding sector?
The firm is specifically looking to advise on three fronts, including clients accessing external capital to pursue or defend a claim, funders with claims they are seeking to fund, and law firms who need expertise in navigating different options.
